ABOUT OUR GUEST: Pastor Dickerson founded New Vison Ministry, Woodbridge, VA, in 2011 and held its first service in January 2012. God has blessed New Vision Ministry and has increased its territory each year. The ministry now has an established Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Usher Ministry a and very strong Community Service ministry.


Pastor Dickerson accepted his call to preach July 2007, and preached his first sermon on September 24, 2007, entitled “Blessings In The Mist of Struggles,” at the Ebenezer Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Charles A. Lundy. He and his wife served faithfully there for 12 years, until he was led to establish New Vision Ministry. Pastor Dickerson was ordained as a Deacon at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Omaha, NE and served on the Ebenezer Baptist Church Deacon Ministry as well.


Pastor Dickerson has served as Chairman of the New Members team, Chairman of the Men’s Ministry and has planned and organized several Men’s Retreats, Youth Retreats and Marriage Fellowships. He previously served as the co-facilitator of the Marriage Ministry with his wife First Lady Tina Dickerson. He is a Certified Christian Counselor, and has a Master’s of Divinity Degree (Leadership) and a Master’s of Art Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster’s Bible College, and Capital Bible Seminary.




Pastor Dickerson is the son of the late Herbert and Shirley Dickerson and is a native of Danville, Virginia. He is happily married to his high school Sweetheart Tina Marie and they have two wonderful children Damian and Danielle. Pastor Dickerson’s favorite scripture is the 23 Psalm. Pastor Dickerson retired in 2006 as a Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force
